Notice to all undergraduate students

All undergraduate students are requested to complete their online registration of approved courses. Students should enter the course codes from their signed registration forms.

Students should endeavour to complete their registration immediately.
Candidates having problems with course listings selected wrongly should simply unselect them and choose the appropriate ones as approved. Only students who have registered online will have access to their scores and transcripts. Complaints should be lodged with the office of the Deputy Registrar (Academic) with copies sent to the Director MIS Unit.

INFORMATION ON REGISTRATION PROCEDURE


Dear Student,

You are welcome to the University of Ibadan, the Premier University in Nigeria.  I want to congratulate you on your admission into the ‘First and Best’.

Please note that you will not be allowed to matriculate and therefore become a bona-fide student of this University, if you do not complete all the stipulated registration processes.

For a hitch-free Clearance/Registration Exercise you are advised to abide strictly with the following guidelines:

A.        Every candidate recommended for admission should, on arrival, proceed to his/her Clearance Venue for the following:
            i)          Confirmation of Provisional Admission
            ii)         Clearance

CLEARANCE PROCEDURE
Each candidate should present the following at the designated clearance venue:
(1)        original and 4 photocopies of JAMB letter of Admission
(2)        original and 4 photocopies of the UME result slip
(3)        original and 4 photocopies of your credentials – SSCE/GCE
(4)        ten (10) recent passport size photographs
(5)        original and 4 photocopies of Birth Certificate or Sworn Declaration of Age
(6)        two letters of reference from two reputable persons – on letter headed papers
(7)        original and 4 photocopies of Receipt of On-line payment of N5,000.00 Admission Acceptance fee.

CLEARANCE VENUE
Admissions Office
You will be given Authority to Pay slip at the clearance venue.

B.        PAYMENT AT THE FACULTY FINANCE OFFICE
After collecting the ‘Authority to Pay’ please proceed to the Bank to pay your fees as detailed in the schedule of fees.  You are requested to collect a Registration Package from the Admissions Office with evidence of payment.
